so it's back on traineo to see if i can repeat last year's success (and perhaps make a lifestyle change instead of just losing 20 lbs only to gain it back)
i'm working at home these days and i find myself a lot less physically active during the day. i will start small by trying to eat right and work in a little exercise, but we'll see how it goes in a few months... going to the gym would require a special trip since i don't need to go anywhere else during the day, but it would be a good addition to my daily routine.
